The General Austrian Forwarders’ Terms and Conditions (AÖSp) in their applicable version exclusively apply to all forwarding services (published in the federal law gazette to the Wiener Zeitung). Transport services in international and national road goods traffic are covered by the CMR, while the AÖSp apply as complementary regulations. Antwerpen, Amsterdam and Lisbon are agreed as elective jurisdictions according to Art. 31 CMR.
